A vault of linked markdown notes. Write a note, link it to another with a [[wikilink]], tag it, and the connections build themselves — backlinks show where an idea is referenced, and a graph view lets you explore the whole vault visually.
It also works as long-term memory for AI assistants: an MCP server lets Claude search, read and write notes, so decisions and context survive from one session to the next.
